Absolutely amazing! I loved it so much the food was delicious the atmosphere was so welcoming and the service was the absolute best. I loved this place and will 100% be coming back. Our server was Sergiy and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better server. He was so attentive and made us feel comfortable and welcome. He was super nice and helped us choose what to get and even gave us some recommendations. He explained everything perfectly to us and was so sweet. He is the perfect example of a good server who loves his job and takes it seriously. Will definitely ask for him again. I truly have no complaints. The food was delicious and the presentation was amazing. The deserts were beautiful and delicious aswell all my family loved them. Was also a very beautiful place. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a good place to eat!
The chocolate box/pastries looked amazing. However taste was not all that I compared it to David Love, chocolate in Naples. I also did try the Tostones with crab meat. That was good a little bit on the price side but good I did go to the restroom to wash my hands, and my drink was taken away. When I returned to the table there were no drinks they brought out some of the food I ordered and still, I had no drinks the coffee, which I also had was very good. That’s why I rate it a four.
the food was amazing, but my server i believe he said his name was sergei. he was the best! great attention to detail, amazing hospitality, and super attentive. i’d come back just for him
Although the food is truly delicious, the table service is frankly a major inconvenience. It’s not the first time one has to wait many minutes for the waiter or ask for them to be called in order to finally have the order taken. Then, waiting for them to return with the bill or for another order is another endless delay. A lot of miscoordination and disorganization that detracts from Bachour’s level.
